SIARGAO ISLAND VILLAS - MY TOP CHOICE TO EXPERIENCE TRANQUILITY AND ACTION IN SIARGAO

Image
This is our first time in Siargao, so I want to have a wonderful experience in this place. My husband and I are not surfers, but since Siargao is one of the booming tourist destinations in the country, we need to try and visit it. Accompanying a great experience when you go to a place is the hotel where you will stay. Therefore, I made sure that the hotel we choose will provide us with a good experience and one that I can recommend to everyone. On our second day in Siargao, we dedicated our time to scouting for a hotel for the rest of our stay. We did not book online because I prefer to visit and see the place before we book it to ensure that it meets our standards and requirements for a hotel, so that we will not get disappointed upon our arrival. In our search, I had three options, and among those three, I chose Siargao Island Villas. This is due to the following reasons: THE HOTEL The hotel is truly beautiful and very classy; as soon as you enter the lobby, you are immediately greet...

TAKBO BEACH RESORT IN SIARGAO - TRANQUIL YET BUDGET FRIENDLY

Image
While we were touring Siargao, we passed by this beach resort along Tourism Road in General Luna. We decided to enter because my husband was curious about what the resort had to offer. The entrance to Takbo Beach Resort was somewhat hidden, to be honest. Once inside, we were greeted by the caretaker and as we stepped further in, we were met with a strong breeze coming from the beach. We were delighted because there are places in Siargao that, aside from being hot, it lacks any breeze at all. I asked the caretaker if I could go to the beachfront to see the whole area, and she agreed. At the front, there were two cottages that could serve as resting and hangout spots. It was incredibly relaxing here, very quiet and breezy. Highly recommended for those looking to unwind and relax on a limited budget. I asked the caretaker how many villas or rooms they have, and she said they currently have 4 villas and have plans to expand when they have the budget. The picture of the villa in this post i...

POINT 303 RESORT IN SIARGAO - IDEAL PLACE TO STAY FOR CLOUD 9 SURFERS

Image
We checked in at Point 303 on our first night in Siargao. My husband booked a one-night stay here just to ensure we had a place to stay upon arrival. Because it is our first time in Siargao, we do not want to book a hotel without seeing it in person, so we decided to stay here first then scout for another hotel the next day. We booked their Premium Deluxe Room with Balcony, priced at 3300.00 per night for 2 people, breakfast not included, though they honor PWD or Senior Citizen's discount BUT YOU MUST present it to them before completing your payment, otherwise they will no longer honor or refund the supposed discount. The room we got features a Queen Size Bed, spacious bathroom, and balcony, however, the view from our room's balcony wasn't that great. At that time, there was no internet in the room, so we relied on mobile data. The hotel also didn't have a generator, so during the island-wide power outage from 10pm to 5am, my husband said it was uncomfortably hot. Fo...

IDEAL PLACE TO BOOK FOR BOARD EXAMINEES IN AYALA CLOVERLEAF AND MCU

Image
Pool Area Are you going to take the board exam at Ayala Cloverleaf Balintawak, or in MCU (Manila Central University)? If so, do you already have accommodations near this location? If not, this blog may be helpful to you. The Celandine is a high-rise condominium tower located in Balintawak, Quezon City. It is just across Ayala Cloverleaf Balintawak, and you can walk there in about 5 minutes and about 10-15minutes drive to MCU. Since Ayala Cloverleaf and MCU became a venue for board examinees, the occupancy of condo units in The Celandine has increased significantly. Many unit owners have invested due to its convenient location near Ayala Cloverleaf, MCU, and public transportations. In this blog, I will share information about one of the units in The Celandine. It is a staycation unit managed by BLISSFUL HAVENS , a rental company that offers staycation condos for short or long-term stays. Let's begin. The condo unit is located on the 25th floor, which is considered a high zone leve...

AESTHETIC STAYCATION SUITE THAT WE BOOKED IN BAGUIO CITY

Image
The Living Area We were invited by our friend to go to Happy Ripples in Pangasinan for one night during a holiday, so we gladly accepted the invitation and went. The whole day and night were enjoyable, but I felt like the vacation was too short since it was only for one day. As we prepared for our check-out, I decided to invite my husband to go straight to Baguio . He looked at me in surprise and asked if we would have a place to stay since it was last minute and peak season. Determined to leave, I searched online for accommodations. Luckily, I had the Airbnb App, a booking platform where you can book hotels, homestays, and the like. I scrolled through, but all the hotels I checked were fully booked, so I decided to try looking for condo units for a staycation. The Building's Facade Until I saw a condo unit for staycation at Bristle Ridge Baguio . Bristle-Ridge is a three-building, medium-rise condominium community built atop a ridge in the City of Pines. The total price of our b...

Why We Always Feel at Home at Residencia Boracay

Image
Why We Always Feel at Home at Residencia Boracay Residencia Boracay first became part of our lives when my husband supplied hotel amenities to the resort—and that’s how we met its wonderful owners, Tita Vicky Tirol, Sir Rolly, and Ma’am Agnes. From day one, they welcomed us like family, and over the years our friendship has only grown stronger. Every visit feels like coming home, thanks not just to the warm hospitality of the owners but to every single staff member—from the security guards to the front-desk officers. When friends ask for a Boracay recommendation, Residencia Boracay is our instant answer. Nestled in the peaceful enclave of Station 1, it offers a serene retreat away from the island’s busiest spots. You won’t find a hundred-room tower here; instead, the property was originally the Tirol family’s private rest house, now thoughtfully transformed into a boutique hotel with just over 20 rooms. That means privacy, personalized service, and an intimate atmosphere you won’t get ...
