The Celandine is a high-rise condominium tower located in Balintawak, Quezon City. It is just across Ayala Cloverleaf Balintawak, and you can walk there in about 5 minutes and about 10-15minutes drive to MCU. Since Ayala Cloverleaf and MCU became a venue for board examinees, the occupancy of condo units in The Celandine has increased significantly. Many unit owners have invested due to its convenient location near Ayala Cloverleaf, MCU, and public transportations.

In this blog, I will share information about one of the units in The Celandine. It is a staycation unit managed by BLISSFUL HAVENS, a rental company that offers staycation condos for short or long-term stays.


Let's begin. The condo unit is located on the 25th floor, which is considered a high zone level in the building. It is a one-bedroom condo with a balcony, measuring approximately 29 square meters.



Upon entering the unit, you will find the kitchenette on your right and the restroom on your left. Continuing straight ahead, you'll see the living area and a small dining table suitable for two. In the living area, there is a sofa bed that serves as both a couch and a bed for guests. The space is aesthetically designed, with a beautiful chandelier, although there isn't much room for additional furnishings.


Across the partition is the bedroom. It features a double-size bed measuring 54/75 inches, comfortably accommodating two people. The entertainment center, including the smart TV, speakers, Bluetooth microphone, and landline, is all placed in the bedroom.


The bedroom was also designed beautifully by the owner. It has a theme that combines floral and pastel, creating a lighter vibe for all its guests. There are two drop lamps on each bedside with RGB bulbs that can be adjusted according to your mood. Their Smart TV comes with HBO GO, Prime Video, and YouTube, as well as Cignal TV for local and international channels. They have up to 200mbps Wi-Fi speed, ensuring a secure internet connection. From the bedroom, is the access to the unit's balcony. The balcony offers a stunning city and skyline view due to its elevated level. You can see Mount Arayat, EDSA, Skyway Stage 3, and the entire North, really beautiful sight, especially at night.



I am sure that your stay here will be convenient. You can also cook in the unit because it is equipped with cookware and dining ware, so you don't need to go out to a restaurant if you prefer. Food delivery such as Grab or Food Panda is allowed but you will need to meet the rider at the lobby for, they are not allowed to go upstairs. There is also a convenient store in the basement level if you need to buy supplies, and a laundromat on the same level if you need to do laundry. These amenities are frequently used by long-term guests.


Now let's talk about the building amenities. First, there is a pool area that guests can access from Monday to Wednesday, 7am-9pm, excluding holidays. Currently, there is a fee of 200.00 per head for pool access. In the pool area, there is a Gazebo and Grill Area that you can reserve if you plan to use them. It is free of charge. If you have children with you, they will surely enjoy the playground area on the other side of the building.

If you have a vehicle, there is paid parking available in basement 4 of the building. However, I do not recommend it if you plan to stay overnight or if your parking will extend from 10pm to 7am, as the total cost will be expensive. The pay parking at Celandine is 50.00 for the first 3 hours and 20.00 pesos per hour thereafter. But from 10pm to 7am, there is an automatic fixed rate of 250.00 pesos added to your bill, and after 7am, the standard hourly rate applies again. My advice would be to reserve a privately owned parking slot from a unit owner prior to your arrival to avoid any hassle in finding parking when you get there. Privately owned parking slots typically range from 250-350 pesos per night, depending on the unit owner. However, in the worst-case scenario where you cannot find a parking slot, you can park at Ayala Cloverleaf Mall, which is open 24/7 and offers overnight parking for 200.00 pesos.

So far, those are the things I can share with you about the staycation unit of BLISSFUL HAVENS at Celandine.
